Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and scale our sales operations in Dubai. The ideal candidate has proven leadership capabilities, a strong background in digital marketing agency sales within the UAE, and a consistent track record of exceeding revenue targets. This role requires strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and the ability to build and manage a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to drive performance and accountability.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across key industries in the UAE.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Oversee the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing high-value deals.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies with service delivery.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to refine positioning.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis for management.
  • Ensure achievement of KPIs including revenue targets, client acquisition, and retention metrics.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of sales experience, with at least 2–3 years as a Sales Manager in a digital marketing agency within the UAE.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, performance marketing, web development, and branding.
  • Proven leadership experience managing and scaling a sales team.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Strong network within the UAE business ecosystem is highly preferred.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).
