About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Executive to join our gold bullion division. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of the bullion market, demonstrate excellent customer relationship management skills, and have the ability to communicate effectively with our diverse, multinational clientele.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Engagement

  • Actively engage with walk-in customers, repeat clients, and high-net-worth individuals to promote and sell gold bullion products (bars, coins, and other investment-grade gold)
  • Provide expert consultation on bullion options, gold purity standards (999, 995, etc.), weights, and current market trends
  • Present product offerings tailored to customer investment goals and budgets
  • Drive individual and store-level sales performance to meet and exceed targets

Relationship Management

  • Build, nurture, and sustain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
  • Offer personalized after-sales service and market insights to retain customer loyalty
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency

Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate and detailed transaction records, including invoicing, billing, and payment processing
  • Ensure full compliance with KYC (Know Your Customer), AML (Anti-Money Laundering), and all regulatory requirements
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with management for inventory replenishment
  • Stay updated on gold prices, market fluctuations, and industry developments

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve collective targets and share best practices
  • Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management
  • Participate in promotional campaigns, events, and customer outreach initiatives

Candidate Requirements

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum 3–4 years of proven experience in the gold bullion industry (bullion sales, precious metals, or gold trading)
  • Strong understanding of gold purity, weights, pricing mechanisms, and bullion investment products
  • Excellent knowledge of KYC/AML procedures and regulatory compliance in the UAE gold market

Language Skills

  • Fluency in multiple languages is mandatory:
  • English (Required)
  • Hindi (Required)
  • Arabic (Preferred)
  • Additional languages such as Urdu, Malayalam, Tamil, Bengali, or other regional languages are a significant advantage

Skills & Competencies

  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to close sales and meet/exceed performance targets
  • Strong customer-first mindset with high integrity and ethical standards
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Confident, presentable, and able to work in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office and point-of-sale (POS) systems
