Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team in Riyadh. The role focuses on interior fit-out and architectural projects across KSA. The successful candidate will identify new business opportunities, manage client relationships, and drive revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives and project engagement. A valid KSA driver’s license is essential due to frequent site visits and face-to-face client interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the fit-out, architecture, and interior design sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, architects, and developers.
  • Conduct site visits, project walkthroughs, and client meetings to assess requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with design and estimation teams to prepare accurate technical and commercial proposals.
  • Lead negotiations and close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and new product offerings.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that highlight the company’s strengths and unique value.
  • Maintain detailed sales reports, pipeline forecasts, and activity logs for management review.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years of proven sales experience in the KSA fit-out or architectural industry.
  • Valid KSA driving license with flexibility to travel frequently across project locations.
  • Strong knowledge of fit-out materials, project lifecycles, construction terminology, and client needs.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate leads, close sales, and build long-term business relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ﷼6,000.00 - ﷼7,500.00 per month
