Sales Executive - Automation/Access Control

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Role Overview
Sell automatic door solutions (sliding, swing, revolving, sensors, operators) and access control to commercial, hospitality, healthcare, retail, and residential projects. Lead the sales cycle from enquiry generation to order booking.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and secure enquiries through site visits, networking, and key accounts.
  • Conduct site assessments with the technical team; propose fit-for-purpose solutions.
  • Prepare quotations, technical submittals, layout proposals, and method statements.
  • Present solutions, handle technical/Commercial clarifications, and close orders.
  • Coordinate with projects for installation schedules; ensure customer satisfaction and handover.
  • Maintain CRM, pipeline health, and accurate sales forecasts.

Requirements

  • 2–5+ years of B2B/project sales in door automation/access control/MEP (UAE/GCC preferred).
  • Understanding of automatic operators, sensors, safety standards, and integration with access control.
  • Ability to read drawings and interface with consultants/site teams.
  • Strong negotiation, solution selling, and objection-handling skills.
  • Valid UAE driving licence preferred.
