We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Automobile Sales Executive to join our dealership team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales leads, achieving monthly targets, and providing excellent customer service while promoting company vehicles and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell new and used vehicles as per company standards
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Identify and develop new customers through showroom walk-ins, calls, and field visits
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, and finance options to customers
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, and follow up until deal closure
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, and registration teams
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up schedules
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve concerns
- Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 3–6 years of experience as an Automobile Sales Executive preferred
- Experience in passenger cars / commercial vehicles / heavy vehicles preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Customer-focused with a positive sales attitude
- Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
- Knowledge of the UAE automobile market is an advantage
