Human Capital HR Solutions (HC) is hiring on behalf of a reputed client in the automotive sector. We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to drive business growth, generate quality leads, and build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new business development to support overall profitability
• Conduct daily client visits for prospecting and lead generation
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
• Manage and maintain a structured sales pipeline
• Represent the organization in a professional and presentable manner
• Collaborate with the sales team to maximize overall performance
• Prepare and maintain accurate Daily Customer Reports (DCR)
• Ensure integrity, transparency, and professionalism in all interactions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in selling luxury or premium-segment products or services
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Highly motivated, confident, and customer-focused mindset
