We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Outdoor Sales Representative with B2B experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with businesses, driving new sales opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a competitive outdoor market. This role requires a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to identify and meet the needs of various business clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- B2B Sales: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to target businesses in the outdoor industry, such as retailers, wholesalers, and other relevant clients.
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and target potential B2B clients through market research, cold calling, networking, and other sales techniques.
- Relationship Management: Build, maintain, and expand relationships with existing business clients to ensure continued sales and loyalty.
- Product Knowledge: Demonstrate a strong understanding of our outdoor products and services, tailoring presentations to meet client needs.
- Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate terms and conditions, including pricing, delivery, and contracts, and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Market Analysis: Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market demands to capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Reporting & Documentation: Track sales progress, submit regular reports, and update CRM systems to maintain accurate client information.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the internal sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on campaigns, promotions, and product offerings.
- Customer Support: Provide post-sale support, resolve any customer concerns, and ensure overall client satisfaction.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in the outdoor industry or a related field.
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Sales Skills: Strong ability to identify business opportunities, negotiate deals, and close sales in a competitive environment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to key decision-makers and handle objections.
- Customer-focused: Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach to solving business challenges.
- Self-motivated: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while achieving sales targets.
Working days: 6 days/week (9 hours)
