We are looking for an energetic and performance-oriented Sales Executive – B2B to drive growth and strengthen our B2B fragrance portfolio across multiple industries.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field.
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in B2B sales; exposure to fine fragrance, personal care, home care, or industrial fragrances will be an advantage.
- Sound knowledge of fragrance market trends, customer needs, and application-based solutions.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, CRM platforms, and basic sales reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and grow new business opportunities within fine fragrance and industrial fragrance segments.
- Manage and expand client accounts across perfume, air care, detergent, fabric softener, and personal care industries.
- Present fragrance concepts and samples to clients, gather feedback, and coordinate closely on product development follow-ups.
- Build long-term customer relationships while consistently meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams including formulation, evaluation, and logistics to ensure smooth execution, timely deliveries, and high customer satisfaction.

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
