Sales Executive – B2B & B2C (Perfume Division)

Job Purpose

The Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales of perfumes across B2B and B2C channels by developing new customers, managing existing accounts, achieving assigned targets, and representing the company’s brand professionally in the market.

Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development

  • Promote and sell company perfume products to B2B clients such as distributors, wholesalers, retailers, pharmacies, supermarkets, salons, and corporate buyers.
  • Handle B2C sales through direct selling, retail outlets, kiosks, exhibitions, promotions, and customer visits where applicable.
  • Identify new business opportunities and actively build a strong customer pipeline.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in value and volume.
  • Conduct regular market visits to generate leads and close sales.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support in a professional manner.
  • Collect customer feedback and share market insights with management.

Order Management & Coordination

  • Prepare quotations, follow up on orders, and coordinate with the supply chain and warehouse teams for timely delivery.
  • Ensure proper documentation for sales orders, invoices, and collections.
  • Follow up on outstanding payments as per company credit policy.

Product Knowledge & Brand Representation

  • Maintain thorough knowledge of perfume products, fragrances, pricing, and promotions.
  • Educate customers about product features, usage, and benefits.
  • Represent the company brand professionally during meetings, exhibitions, and promotional activities.

Market Intelligence & Reporting

  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
  • Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and market feedback.

  • Sales target achievement (B2B and B2C)
  • New customer acquisition
  • Customer retention and repeat sales
  • Collection efficiency
  • Market coverage and visit productivity

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in perfume, FMCG, cosmetics, or luxury product sales.
  • Proven experience in B2B and B2C sales within the UAE or GCC market is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Target-driven with strong closing skills.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Excel, email, CRM systems).
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
