Sales Executive – B2B

Job Summary:

We are seeking an energetic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive B2B, FMCG, and Corporate sales for our Food & Beverage / Café brand. The role focuses on onboarding corporate offices, institutions, retail partners, and bulk buyers while expanding brand presence and increasing sales volume.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and onboard corporate offices, IT parks, co-working spaces, institutions, and event partners
  • Generate bulk and repeat orders for beverages, snacks, catering, and café products
  • Manage FMCG-style distribution through retail stores, kiosks, and modern trade
  • Promote café offerings such as corporate tie-ups, daily supply, gifting, and event orders
  • Conduct regular market visits to expand brand visibility and product placement
  • Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and revenue growth
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key accounts
  • Coordinate with operations for timely order fulfillment and quality service
  • Track competitor activity, pricing, and customer preferences
  • Ensure timely collections and payment follow-ups
  • Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and sales pipeline updates

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Experience in Food & Beverage, Café, QSR, or FMCG sales
  • Ability to pitch products and customize offerings for corporate clients
  • Target-driven with good time management
  • Comfortable with field sales and client meetings

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • 1–4 years of experience in F&B / Café / FMCG / Corporate sales
  • Experience in corporate catering, bulk food sales, or institutional sales is an advantage

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Knowledge of local corporate hubs and retail markets
  • Immediate joiners preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
