)Sales Executive (B2B

B2B Sales Development :

Identify and approach potential B2B clients within the vicinity of each outlet such as schools, universities, offices, corporate offices, government entities, travel agencies, etc.

Develop partnerships to generate consistent sales (e.g., bulk orders, staff offers, catering, meal plans, vouchers, etc.).

Negotiate and implement deals and offers that benefit both parties and ensure successful agreement closure (e.g., discount programs, meal plans, corporate packages).

Regularly visit areas to expand the client base and maintain partnerships to ensure long-term collaboration and revenue growth.

Outlet Sales Support & Coordination:

Work closely with Operations to identify sales gaps, challenges, and opportunities in each location.

Prioritize support for underperforming outlets by driving targeted B2B initiatives and partnerships.

Coordinate with outlet managers to ensure smooth execution of B2B orders, promotions and partnerships.

Local Store Marketing & Targeted Campaigns:

Work closely with Marketing and Operations teams to plan, develop, and execute location-specific sales campaigns tailored to specific outlets or regions to drive sales performance (e.g., corporate lunch offers, student offers, seasonal promotions, etc.)

Assist in launching promotions, corporate offers, and seasonal campaigns.

Analyze and monitor competitor activities within each outlet’s area and recommend counter strategies.

Ensure campaigns are practical and aligned with operational capabilities.

Reporting & Performance Tracking:

Maintain and continuously update a database of B2B clients, prospects, and active partnerships.

Track performance of all B2B sales and marketing initiatives against defined targets.

Provide regular reports on activities, results, challenges and opportunities for growth.
