Sales Executive B2B – AC, Home & Kitchen Appliances

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outdoor B2B Sales Executive to expand our market presence in AC, home, and kitchen appliances. The role focuses on outdoor sales activities, lead generation, client visits, and closing B2B sales across retail, dealer, and project channels.

The ideal candidate will have strong field sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to achieve monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new B2B customers across various sectors
  • Conduct daily outdoor visits to clients, dealers, distributors, and project customers
  • Promote AC units, home appliances, and kitchen appliances to business clients
  • Conduct product presentations and explain technical features and benefits
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales within approved margins
  • Follow up on inquiries, proposals, and pending sales
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure repeat business
  • Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and new product launches
  • Prepare daily visit reports and submit weekly/monthly sales reports
  • Coordinate with showroom, warehouse, logistics, and service teams for smooth order fulfillment

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills
  • Excellent communication and client-handling abilities
  • Confident in outdoor sales and approaching new customers
  • Good understanding of AC systems (split, inverter, window) and home appliances
  • Ability to explain product specifications, energy efficiency, and installation requirements
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and well-organized
  • Valid driving license (mandatory)

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • 2–5 years of experience in outdoor sales, preferably in AC, home appliances, or electronics
  • Proven track record of achieving B2B sales targets
  • Knowledge of major appliance brands
  • Familiarity with the Qatar/GCC market is an advantage

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Monthly revenue and sales target achievement
  • Number of outdoor visits and new clients acquired
  • Conversion rate from inquiries to confirmed sales
  • Market coverage and customer retention
