Job Title: Sales Executive (B2B / Lead Generation)
Experience Required: 1–2 Years
Location: Etihad Town, Raiwind Road, Lahore
Job Type: Full-Time (Onsite)
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and confident Sales Executive with experience in B2B lead generation and a background in BPO or client-facing sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, the ability to build strong client relationships, and the capability to professionally guide clients and handle challenging situations.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify B2B leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Communicate with potential and existing clients to understand their business needs.
Present company services and guide clients on suitable solutions.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Handle client objections, concerns, and difficult situations in a professional manner.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Required Skills & Experience
1–2 years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or BPO sales.
Prior BPO experience with strong client interaction exposure.
Experience in the recruitment industry will be a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.
Target-driven mindset and ability to work under pressure.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
