Key Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in sales functions, roles focused on account management.
  • Expertise in analyzing sales dynamics and acquiring potential customers.
  • Proven experience in direct sales and business development.
  • Strong representation and persuasion skills, with excellent communication abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with outstanding organizational and planning skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office programs.
  • Active driver’s license, with no travel restrictions.
  • Based in Balıkesir.


Job Description:


  • Ensuring the sustainability and improvement of the management system in alignment with organizational goals, budgets, and quality policies.
  • Overseeing the execution of contracts signed between ISS and its clients.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and addressing any challenges proactively.
  • Leading short, medium, and long-term sales activities in line with company goals and strategies.
  • Identifying and acquiring potential portfolios while managing existing ones.
  • Planning and executing sales development activities.
  • Actively visiting clients and conducting field sales.
  • Identifying field needs and implementing appropriate sales and marketing projects.
  • Managing the sales processes of projects.
  • Preparing proposals aligned with ISS’s values and managing the offer lifecycle.
  • Converting high-potential customers into key accounts.
