Role OverviewWe are looking for a Sales Executive to drive growth in the banking and mortgage segment, focusing on retail lending divisions of banks and mortgage buyers. The role involves selling AI-led solutions (e.g., Jazz AI Assistants) and positioning transformational deals that deliver measurable business outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic SellingIdentify and target mortgage buyers and retail lending divisions of banksBuild relationships with key stakeholders (CXOs, Heads of Lending, Digital, Operations)Value Proposition & Business CaseClearly articulate value propositions tailored to banking clientsDevelop strong business cases (ROI, cost savings, efficiency gains) to support dealsPosition solutions as business transformation initiatives, not just productsSolution Selling (AI Focus)Sell AI-powered solutions (Jazz AI Assistants) for:Loan originationCustomer service automationRisk assessment & underwritingWork with pre-sales and consulting teams to customize solutionsTransformational DealsDrive large, complex deals across banking clientsManage end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation → proposal → negotiation → closureFocus on long-term strategic partnerships

Pay: $95,257.21 - $114,718.36 per year
