We’re looking for a Territory Sales Manager to represent our eyewear portfolio across Manhattan, Brooklyn, and the Bronx. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being out in the field, connecting with customers face to face, and growing a territory through trust, consistency, and smart selling.

Your Impact

As a Territory Sales Manager, you’ll:

  • Take ownership of your NYC territory and grow it strategically
  • Build long-term relationships with existing customers while developing new ones
  • Help practices make confident, profitable eyewear decisions
  • Represent our brands with professionalism, product knowledge, and care

This is an independent role with strong support behind it — perfect for someone who enjoys autonomy, accountability, and seeing the direct results of their efforts.

What You’ll Do Day to Day

  • Manage and grow an established NYC territory with room for expansion
  • Plan and execute in-person sales visits and follow-ups
  • Prospect, present, negotiate, and close new business
  • Act as a trusted consultant to independent eye care professionals
  • Present eyewear thoughtfully and confidently
  • Stay organized using CRM and sales tools
  • Navigate daily city travel and a full appointment schedule

What We’re Looking For

  • A strong interest in eyewear, fashion, or related industries
  • Confidence building relationships and having consultative sales conversations
  • Solid organization, communication, and follow-through
  • Comfort working independently in a field-based role
  • Physical ability to manage sample bags and daily travel throughout NYC

Optical experience is a plus, not a requirement.
We welcome candidates with strong B2B sales backgrounds from fashion, accessories, beauty, medical device, salon, or wholesale industries.

Schedule & Travel

  • Appointments typically take place Monday–Friday during standard business hours
