Job description:

We are looking for energetic and motivated Sales Executives-Banking Solutions to join our growing team. This is a field-based role that involves outdoor marketing, lead generation, and direct client engagement—an excellent opportunity for ambitious individuals looking to kickstart their career in sales and financial consultancy and in sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outdoor marketing activities to generate leads and promote Insource Prime’s services
• Visit target locations (business centers, retail areas, etc.) and interact with potential clients
• Distribute marketing materials and explain service offerings in a clear, confident manner
• Assist in organizing small promotional events and activations in target zones
• Follow up with prospects and support the sales team in closing deals
• Maintain accurate records of outreach, leads generated, and daily activity
• Collaborate with internal teams for marketing coordination and campaign feedback

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of banking or financial services experience (in the UAE or in your home country).
• Background in sales, marketing, customer service, or promotions is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with field-based activities and engaging with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Energetic, well-groomed, and confident in presentation.
• Fluent in English verbal & written. (Any additional language is a plus)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Banking & Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• UAE Driver’s License is an advantage.
