Sales Executive – Batelco

Batelco provides telecommunications and digital services including mobile, broadband, and enterprise solutions.

A Sales Executive at Batelco is a frontline revenue-generating role focused on selling telecom products and handling customer requests.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell Batelco products (mobile plans, broadband, SIMs, enterprise services)

Cross-sell and upsell services to meet monthly sales targets

Conduct telemarketing, roadshows, and sales campaigns to generate leads

Work in retail stores or field sales to attract new customers

Process customer service requests (activation, billing, complaints,

Handle payments, contracts, and documentation for service activation

Achieve individual monthly sales targets and KPIs

Coordinate with marketing and internal departments for promotions

Skills & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Business, or related field preferred)

0–3 years sales or customer service experience

Strong communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus)

Ability to meet targets and work under pressure

Good interpersonal and negotiation skills

Basic computer/CRM knowledge

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From BD600.000 per month
