Sales Executive (Befit Dubai).

We are seeking a highly motivated, proactive, and results-driven Outdoor Sales Executive – Befit to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business development through field sales , building strong relationships with corporate and retail clients, and actively promoting our fitness equipment and solutions across the UAE market.


This role involves regular client visits, on-site meetings, product presentations, and lead generation , making it ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven, and people-focused sales environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify, visit, and develop relationships with new and existing clients , including

Private departments and Real estate

  • Conduct regular outdoor client visits , presentations, and product demonstrations to promote BeFit’s fitness equipment and solutions.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline , from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend tailored solutions to meet business needs.
  • Prepare and share quotations based on HO price lists , follow up with clients, and close sales.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets .
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and follow-ups in the system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
  • Represent BeFit professionally and maintain strong brand presence in the market.


Qualifications

  • Minimum Qualification: High School / Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Minimum Experience: 1–3 years of outdoor / field sales experience , preferably in fitness equipment, sports, lifestyle, wellness, or B2B sales .
  • Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
