Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Greet customers, understand their needs, provide product information (features, benefits), offer test rides, and guide them to the right bike.
- Sales & Negotiation: Present proposals, negotiate prices, arrange financing/insurance, overcome objections, and close sales.
- Lead Generation: Find new customers through cold calling, networking, social media, field visits, and exhibitions.
- Sales Management: Meet monthly/quarterly targets, maintain CRM records, report sales data, and manage the sales pipeline.
- Customer Support: Ensure excellent after-sales service, follow up with buyers, and build strong client relationships.
- Market Awareness: Monitor competitor activities, identify market trends, and provide feedback to internal teams.
- Operations: Ensure stock availability, prepare bikes for demonstration, and participate in store/event activities.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Sales Acumen: Proven sales experience, negotiation skills, consultative selling, and ability to close deals.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Attitude: Positive, dynamic, passionate about motorcycles, and a problem-solver.
- Technical/Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of bikes, accessories, and industry.
- Organization: Ability to manage time, tasks, and CRM software.
- Education: Often a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Marketing) is preferred.
