Role Summary
We are looking for a Sales Executive to own field sales with merchants and retail stores. This person will be responsible for identifying prospects, pitching Joud’s solutions in person, closing new merchants, and ensuring a smooth handover to onboarding and operations.

Requirements
Must-have
2–4 years of experience in field sales, business development, or merchant acquisition,
ideally in:
◦ Payments / fintech / BNPL / PSP, or
◦ FMCG / telecom / other merchant-facing industries.
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Comfortable with high-volume field work (daily store visits, prospecting, cold approaches).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English; strong Arabic is a significant plus.
Familiarity with using CRM tools and basic reporting (Excel / Sheets).
Valid Qatar driving license and ability to travel within Qatar as needed.
Experience working in an early-stage or high-growth startup environment.
Immediate Requirement!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
