Job Description:

Sales Executive is responsible for: Meeting and exceeding sales targets for assigned products or territories. Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities. Establishing and maintaining relationships with key clients and distributors.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Keeping in contact with existing customers in person and by phone
  • Making appointments with and meeting new customers
  • Agreeing sales, prices, contracts and payments
  • Advising customers about delivery schedules and after-sales service
  • Recording orders and sending details to the sales office
  • Giving feedback on sales trends.
  • Responsible for the sales and promotion of the company's products, do a good job in business follow-up, and complete the business and sales payment tasks.
  • Cooperate with department superiors to complete sales tasks and meeting sales targets.
  • Open up new markets, develop new customers, and expand product sales scope and channels.
  • Complete customer development, follow-up, negotiation, signing, etc.; draw up product purchase and sales contracts or customer contract reviews, and sign contracts and orders.

Job Requirements:

1. Product Knowledge:

  • In-depth knowledge of frozen food products, primarily poultry and meat.
  • Knowledge of Brazilian products is a plus.

2. Retail Experience:

  • Proven experience working with companies handling retail outlets.
  • Familiarity with managing relationships with retail outlets and distributors.

3. Experience:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in the retail sales and marketing industry in the UAE.

4. Area Proficiency:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of all Emirates in the UAE, with the ability to navigate and manage sales across different regions effectively.

Skills and Attributes:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Proficiency in planning and executing marketing strategies tailored to retail outlets.
  • Good understanding of market trends and customer preferences in the UAE.
  • Proficiency in Brazilian Portuguese is an advantage.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
