Job Description:
Sales Executive is responsible for: Meeting and exceeding sales targets for assigned products or territories. Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities. Establishing and maintaining relationships with key clients and distributors.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Keeping in contact with existing customers in person and by phone
- Making appointments with and meeting new customers
- Agreeing sales, prices, contracts and payments
- Advising customers about delivery schedules and after-sales service
- Recording orders and sending details to the sales office
- Giving feedback on sales trends.
- Responsible for the sales and promotion of the company's products, do a good job in business follow-up, and complete the business and sales payment tasks.
- Cooperate with department superiors to complete sales tasks and meeting sales targets.
- Open up new markets, develop new customers, and expand product sales scope and channels.
- Complete customer development, follow-up, negotiation, signing, etc.; draw up product purchase and sales contracts or customer contract reviews, and sign contracts and orders.
Job Requirements:
1. Product Knowledge:
- In-depth knowledge of frozen food products, primarily poultry and meat.
- Knowledge of Brazilian products is a plus.
2. Retail Experience:
- Proven experience working with companies handling retail outlets.
- Familiarity with managing relationships with retail outlets and distributors.
3. Experience:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in the retail sales and marketing industry in the UAE.
4. Area Proficiency:
- Comprehensive knowledge of all Emirates in the UAE, with the ability to navigate and manage sales across different regions effectively.
Skills and Attributes:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in planning and executing marketing strategies tailored to retail outlets.
- Good understanding of market trends and customer preferences in the UAE.
- Proficiency in Brazilian Portuguese is an advantage.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
