Job Title: Sales Executive – Building Materials

Location: Abha, Saudi Arabia

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Abha. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in building materials sales, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients in the construction and contracting sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell building materials (cement, steel, paints, pipes, insulation, waterproofing, etc.) to contractors, consultants, and project clients.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Conduct regular visits to project sites, contractors, and distributors to generate leads.
  • Prepare, present, and follow up on quotations, tenders, and sales orders.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers through excellent after-sales service.
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, finance, etc.) for order processing, delivery, and payment collection.
  • Prepare and submit daily or weekly sales reports to management.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in building materials or construction product sales in Saudi Arabia.
  • Strong client network in the Abha region is an advantage.
  • Valid Saudi driving license.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in Arabic and/or English.
