We are seeking a dynamic, goal-oriented, and results-driven Sales Executive to join our Project Sales Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling a comprehensive range of building materials, including tiles, marble, paints, electrical lighting, and sanitary products.

This role requires a proactive individual with strong knowledge of the construction industry and the ability to develop and maintain relationships with key project stakeholders.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Client Development

  • Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities within the building materials and construction sector.
  • Promote and sell products to contractors, architects, consultants, developers, and other key decision-makers.
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to support repeat business and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely and professional support.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and product presentations; negotiate terms and close deals effectively.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and contractual agreements.

Reporting & Coordination

  • Maintain accurate documentation of project pipelines, client communications, and sales performance.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate order processing, timely delivery, and efficient after-sales support.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of proven sales experience in the building materials or construction sector (preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management abilities.
  • Self-motivated, well-organized, and able to work independently.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle (preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to AED5,500.00 per month
