We are looking for a confident and results-driven Sales Executive / Business Development Consultant to join our team in Dubai.
We help businesses improve their sales, marketing, operations, CRM systems, websites, automation, and AI-powered customer handling. We are looking for someone who understands how to sell business solutions, not just services.
The ideal candidate should have experience selling services such as digital marketing, websites, SEO, Google Ads, CRM systems, Odoo, ERP solutions, automation, SaaS, or AI-related business tools.
This role is best suited for someone who enjoys speaking with business owners, understands client pain points, follows up professionally, and can close deals with confidence.
Key Responsibilities
- Find and approach potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, email, referrals, and networking.
- Speak with business owners and decision-makers to understand their needs.
- Qualify leads and identify whether our services are the right fit.
- Present our solutions clearly and professionally.
- Explain how digital marketing, websites, CRM, automation, and AI systems can help businesses improve results.
- Prepare and follow up on proposals and quotations.
- Manage leads and follow-ups inside the company CRM.
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline.
- Attend client meetings in Dubai when required.
- Build strong long-term relationships with clients.
- Work closely with the internal team to hand over closed deals properly.

Requirements
- Must be currently living in Dubai.
- Previous B2B sales experience is required.
- Experience selling digital marketing, CRM, Odoo, ERP, SaaS, IT, automation, or similar services is strongly preferred.
- Good understanding of how businesses use websites, marketing, CRM, and automation to generate and manage leads.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent English is required.
- Arabic is an advantage.
- Confident speaking with business owners, managers, and decision-makers.
- Strong follow-up skills and ability to manage multiple prospects.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and keeping records updated.
- Professional attitude and good client-facing presence.
- UAE driving license is an advantage.
