Sales Executive / Business Development – Digital Marketing (Commission-Based, Own Visa)

Job Overview:

INNOSTAA is looking for a self-driven sales professional to generate and close clients for our digital marketing, branding, and web solutions.

This is a commission-based role designed for individuals who want to earn based on performance, not fixed salary.

If you know how to find clients, start conversations, and bring business—we’ll support you in closing and delivery.

What You’ll Do:

  • Identify and approach potential clients (UAE businesses, startups, SMEs)
  • Generate leads through social media, networking, referrals, and outreach
  • Pitch digital marketing, branding, and website services
  • Coordinate with internal team for proposals and execution
  • Follow up and close deals
  • Build your own pipeline and client base

What You Bring:

  • Own visa (mandatory)

Compensation:

  • High commission on every deal closed
  • No cap on earnings
  • Performance-based growth opportunities

(Commission structure will be discussed during interview)
