Job Summary:

The Sales Representative is responsible for identifying potential customers, generating leads, building relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role involves promoting the company’s products/services, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing excellent service.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms in line with company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer information in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with marketing and product teams to enhance brand awareness and product visibility.
  • Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and potential product improvements.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Sales volume and revenue achievement.
  • Number of new clients acquired.
  • Customer retention and satisfaction rates.
  • Lead conversion rate.
  • Timely reporting and CRM updates.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
