Job Summary:
The Sales Representative is responsible for identifying potential customers, generating leads, building relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role involves promoting the company’s products/services, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing excellent service.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms in line with company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer information in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with marketing and product teams to enhance brand awareness and product visibility.
- Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and potential product improvements.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as required.
