We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our business setup/company formation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects, and guiding clients through the entire company setup process. You will act as a trusted advisor for entrepreneurs and investors looking to establish their businesses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend the most suitable business setup solutions (Free Zone, Mainland, Offshore, etc.).
  • Conduct consultations to explain company formation options, license types, costs, and procedural steps.
  • Follow up with potential clients to close deals and achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with PRO, operations, and compliance teams to ensure smooth onboarding and documentation.
  • Maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, quotation packages, and service agreements.
  • Keep up to date with changes in government regulations, licensing requirements, and business setup frameworks.
  • Update CRM regularly with lead activities and client information.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive, ideally in business setup, PRO services, corporate services, or financial consulting.
  • Strong knowledge of company formation procedures (Free Zone/Mainland/Offshore).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
  • Customer-centric mindset with strong relationship-building ability.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
