- Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 3:00 AM – 11:00 AM, Saturday: 3:00 AM – 7:00 AM.
- Salary: 70 to 80k + Commission.
Summary:
KUZ TECH (SMC) PVT LTD is seeking an experienced and dynamic “ International B2B Sales Executive – Outbound Calling" to manage and grow our sales operations for Australian clients.
This role is for our sister company, Phonebot – a refurbished tech company based in Melbourne, Australia. The company has a strong presence in both Australia and Dubai. We specialize in mobile phones and gadgets and serve customers worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new B2B sales leads, drive client acquisition, and onboard, manage, and retain corporate clients in the Australian market.
- Actively make outbound sales calls to leads generated through marketing campaigns, CRM, referrals, and digital platforms.
- Independently generate new leads through cold calling, research, LinkedIn outreach, and other prospecting methods.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers and corporate clients.
- Understand client requirements and propose customized tech solutions (mobile phones, laptops, accessories, etc.).
- Consistently meet or exceed daily call targets, monthly sales targets, and KPIs.
- Follow up on leads, qualify prospects, and manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth deal closures and order fulfillment.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
What We ACTUALLY need (Reqruiments):
- Minimum 2 years experience in international B2B sales.
- Tech industry experience (mobile phones, laptops) preferred
- Comfortable with international calling
- Excellent in spoken English
- Strong in B2B / corporate sales
- Targeting Australia market
- Proficient in using CRM tools
