Location: On-Site – Siddique Trade Center, Gulberg, Lahore

Shift Timing: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (Night Shift – aligned with Canadian time zone)

Salary: PKR 100,000/month + Attractive Commission (Depending on Experience)

Probation Period: 3 Months

About the Company:

We are a Canadian B2B fiber optic solutions provider expanding our sales operations from Pakistan. Our services are tailored for businesses in Canada seeking high-speed, reliable fiber connectivity. As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our Lahore-based night shift team.

Position Overview:

This role is ideal for an experienced B2B Sales Executive with a background in telecom, fiber optic, or IT service sales. The individual will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying leads, and converting Canadian businesses into long-term clients for fiber optic internet and connectivity services.

You’ll work closely with the sales operations team, using a consultative sales approach to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

· Prospect and generate new B2B leads within designated coverage areas or postal codes using calls, emails, and digital platforms.

· Qualify leads, understand business requirements, and present fiber optic solutions tailored to client needs.

· Schedule and conduct virtual meetings and product demonstrations with Canadian business owners and managers.

· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fiber optic services, pricing structures, and promotions.

· Collaborate with internal teams to finalize quotes, confirm installations, and manage post-sale communication.

· Track all activity in CRM software including lead status, communication logs, and deal progress.

· Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall campaign success.

Required Qualifications:

· Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in telecom, IT, or service-based sectors.

· Strong understanding of fiber optic internet services and business connectivity needs is highly preferred.

· Fluent in English with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

· Confident, target-oriented, and able to manage a high volume of outreach effectively.

· Familiarity with Canadian or North American business culture is an asset.

· Proficient in using CRM platforms, MS Office, and digital sales tools (e.g., LinkedIn).

· Willing to work full-time night shift (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM) from our Lahore office.
