Role Description

We are looking for a highly driven Sales & Community Executive to manage and convert leads through Twitch and Discord platforms. This is a performance-focused sales role for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are motivated by targets, incentives, and career growth within the Design & Animation industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage, qualify, and convert leads through chat-based sales

- Build and manage online communities on Twitch & Discord

- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets

- Maintain professional communication with global clients

- Follow sales scripts, strategies, and KPIs.

Candidate Requirements:

- Education: Intermediate / Undergraduate

- Proven track record of achieving $500 to $1000 per month

- Fresh candidates with a strong sales mindset are encouraged

- Basic computer and internet proficiency

- Excellent communication and persuasion skills

- Goal-oriented, disciplined, and coachable.
