Roles & Responsibilities (not limited to)
- Responsible for negotiating sales, costs, deliveries and specifications with buyers and business executives
- Responsible for using company products or services to connect with consumers and generate sales for Company
- Creating proposal documents as part of the formal bidding procedure for tenders & RFQ’s
- Acting as a point of contact between customers and companies after order awarded
- Negotiating terms & conditions, improved prices with vendors
- Gathering market and customer information to figure out the customer needs
- Responding to customer queries and resolving their objections & problems
- Collaborate with colleagues in many different departments
- Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships
- Create database related to your product range
- Be knowledgeable about the company products & answer questions about the products
- Negotiate prices and terms
- Advising product developers on improvements to include in forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions
- Visiting Clients & building strong relationship
- Generate new leads
Skills & Knowledge / Core Competencies
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills and time management skills
- Able to work independently
- Excellent organization, troubleshooting skills and strong documentation skills
- Good understanding of the organization's goals and objectives
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills in English
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on rapport-building, listening, and questioning skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office Application and Email is a must
- Proven work experience as a sales representative
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- Odoo Software knowledge (is a plus / advantage)
- SAP ARIBA knowledge (is a plus / advantage)
- ADNOC sales experience (is a plus / advantage)
Preferred Qualifications / Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management / Administration or any related experiences/certifications (Degree in Chemical or Petrochemical Engineering is a plus/advantage)
- Minimum 2-3 years in the Oil & Gas field/industry in CHEMICAL DEPARTMENT/DIVISION

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
