Position: Sales Executive – Company Formation

We are looking for a passionate and driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the UAE’s business setup industry, strong sales skills, and the ability to connect with clients effectively. Preference will be given to candidates who can communicate fluently in Malayalam.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, generate, and convert leads into successful clients.
• Advise entrepreneurs and investors on the best business setup options, trade licenses, and jurisdictions in the UAE.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Manage client relationships by providing excellent after-sales support.
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.
• Stay up to date with UAE business regulations, licensing requirements, and market trends.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience in the business setup / company formation industry.
• Strong knowledge of Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore processes.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in English (Malayalam speakers preferred; other languages are a plus).
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
• Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
