The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the company within the construction sector. The role involves identifying business opportunities, promoting products/services, and closing deals while ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets in the construction industry.
- Identify, approach, and secure new clients (contractors, consultants, developers, and suppliers).
- Maintain strong business relationships with existing customers and provide excellent after-sales support.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations to clients.
- Collaborate with project and technical teams to ensure client requirements are met.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and agreements with clients to maximize profitability.
- Regularly update the CRM system and prepare weekly/monthly sales reports.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 3–6 years of proven sales experience in the construction/contracting/building materials industry in the UAE/GCC.
- Strong network of contacts within contractors, consultants, and developers is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
- Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
