Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for pest control services (residential, commercial, industrial).
  • Conduct site visits, prepare quotations, and follow up with clients to close deals.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain a database of potential and existing clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
  • Coordinate with the operations and service teams to schedule pest control services.
  • Ensure timely communication between clients and field technicians.
  • Track job completion and ensure service quality standards are met.
  • Handle client inquiries, complaints, and feedback efficiently.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, contracts, and client interactions.
  • Support management in developing marketing and promotional campaigns.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of sales experience, preferably in pest control, facilities management, or related services in the UAE.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of UAE market and local business practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
  • Fluent in English; Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is an advantage.
