Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for pest control services (residential, commercial, industrial).
- Conduct site visits, prepare quotations, and follow up with clients to close deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain a database of potential and existing clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Coordinate with the operations and service teams to schedule pest control services.
- Ensure timely communication between clients and field technicians.
- Track job completion and ensure service quality standards are met.
- Handle client inquiries, complaints, and feedback efficiently.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, contracts, and client interactions.
- Support management in developing marketing and promotional campaigns.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of sales experience, preferably in pest control, facilities management, or related services in the UAE.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of UAE market and local business practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
- Fluent in English; Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is an advantage.
