We are urgently hiring energetic, proactive, and target-oriented Sales Executives to join our expanding team in the UAE. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in corporate uniform sales and a strong ability to develop and grow B2B accounts across multiple industries.
This role requires a dynamic professional who can drive revenue growth, build long-term client relationships, and consistently achieve sales targets in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and strengthen relationships with corporate clients through regular meetings, follow-ups, and exceptional customer service
- Identify and secure new business opportunities to support company expansion
- Expand the B2B customer base across industries including labor, hospitality, healthcare, education, and events
- Achieve and exceed assigned monthly and annual sales targets
- Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events to generate quality leads
- Deliver professional product presentations and provide tailored uniform solutions based on client requirements
- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and successfully close sales deals
- Ensure high customer satisfaction to build long-term partnerships
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of proven B2B sales experience in corporate uniforms, garments, PPE, or related industries within the UAE
- Strong knowledge of the UAE market and corporate client networks
- Valid UAE driving license (own vehicle preferred)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with strong time-management and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
