Job Summary:

The Sales Executive – Cosmetics is responsible for promoting and selling cosmetic and beauty products to customers while providing exceptional service and product knowledge. The role involves achieving sales targets, maintaining product displays, and building customer loyalty through personalized beauty consultations.

Key Responsibilities:

· Greet and assist customers in selecting cosmetic and skincare products based on their needs and preferences.

· Demonstrate product features, benefits, and application techniques to customers.

· Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective selling and upselling techniques.

· Maintain attractive and organized product displays, ensuring shelves are well-stocked and clean.

· Stay updated on new product launches, beauty trends, and brand promotions.

· Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.

· Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner.

· Process sales transactions accurately and maintain proper billing records.

· Participate in promotional events, product demonstrations, and training sessions.

· Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the inventory or store manager for replenishment.

Qualifications & Skills:

· Education: High school diploma or bachelor’s degree (preferred in Marketing, Business, or related field).

· Experience: 1–3 years of experience in cosmetics or beauty product sales (retail or counter sales).

· Skills:

o Strong sales and customer service skills.

o Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

o Knowledge of skincare, makeup, and beauty products.

o Presentable, confident, and enthusiastic personality.

o Ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
