Sales Executive- Cosmetics Section

Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and personable Salesperson for our Cosmetic Section. As the face of our beauty department, you will provide outstanding customer service, demonstrate product knowledge, and guide customers to the right products to meet their individual needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with cosmetic product inquiries.
• Provide personalized recommendations based on customers’ preferences and needs.
• Demonstrate product usage and benefits where applicable.
• Maintain and organize the cosmetic displays and ensure shelves are well-stocked.
• Stay updated on new product launches and cosmetic trends.
• Process transactions at the register and handle returns or exchanges when needed.
• Meet sales targets and provide feedback to management on customer trends.

Requirements:

• Previous retail or customer service experience, preferably in cosmetics or beauty.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for cosmetics, skincare, and beauty products.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Basic computer and point-of-sale (POS) system knowledge.
