Sales Executive – Credit Cards | Personal Loans.

Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: AED 4,000 – AED 6,000 per month (plus performance incentives)
Employment Type: Permanent | Full-time

The Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business and achieving sales targets for Credit Cards, Personal Loans, and Auto Loans. This role involves prospecting, customer acquisition, relationship management, and providing financial solutions tailored to customer needs. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a results-oriented mindset, and a solid understanding of retail banking products.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development

• Identify and approach potential customers through cold calls, referrals, field visits, and networking.
• Promote and sell Credit Cards, Personal Loans, and Auto Loans to customers.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Generate leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Conduct product presentations and explain key features, benefits, and eligibility criteria.

Requirements

• Age: 20 to 35 years.
• Experience: Prior experience in banking or financial product sales (UAE or home country) preferred.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Other:
• UAE driving license and own vehicle are an advantage.
• Clear credit history.
• Experience in Auto Loan sales is preferable.
