Job Summary

TGL is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Blue Area, Islamabad. We are seeking a confident, professional, and customer-focused individual who can handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and maintain a high standard of client communication.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and in-person communication
• Provide customers with clear and accurate information about company services
• Respond to customer complaints and resolve issues professionally
• Maintain regular follow-up with customers and leads
• Record and update customer information properly
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer support
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships
• Ensure a professional and helpful customer experience at all times
• Support front desk or office communication tasks when required

Requirements

• Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Previous experience in customer service, front desk, call handling, or client dealing will be preferred
• Strong spoken and written communication skills
• Good command of Urdu and basic English
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, WhatsApp Web, etc.)
• Good problem-solving and customer handling skills
• Professional personality and positive attitude
• Ability to work in a team environment

Salary

Rs 35,000 – Rs 60,000 per month
(Salary will be based on experience and skills)
