The Sales Executive cum Rider Coordinator is responsible for promoting and selling vehicles and related services while also managing and coordinating rider or delivery operations. This role ensures smooth vehicle sales processes and efficient rider deployment, focusing on customer satisfaction and operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate vehicle recommendations and finance options.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain customer follow-ups.
  • Conduct test drives, explain vehicle features, and ensure proper documentation during sales.
  • Maintain accurate records of inquiries, bookings, and deliveries.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Coordinate with the finance, insurance, and delivery teams to ensure smooth transaction flow.
  • Recruit, train, and monitor delivery riders/drivers as per operational needs.
  • Plan and allocate delivery schedules based on customer demand and location.
  • Track rider performance, attendance, and route efficiency.
  • Ensure all riders follow safety regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain records of vehicle usage, fuel, and delivery timelines.

  • Basic knowledge of vehicle models and features
  • Team coordination and leadership skills
  • Time management and organizational ability
  • Computer literacy (MS Office, CRM software preferred)
  • Two-wheeler/four-wheeler driving license

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or Automobile Engineering
  • Relevant experience in automobile sales and rider coordination preferred
