Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive specializing in Curtains, Blinds, and Window Treatments. The ideal candidate will have strong product knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a proven history of success in project-based or retail furnishing sales within the UAE market.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with interior designers, consultants, contractors, and end-users.
• Conduct site visits, take precise measurements, and prepare competitive quotations for curtain and blind solutions.
• Present fabric options, blind mechanisms, and product samples to clients while providing design and technical recommendations.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with design, production, and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution and high client satisfaction.
• Maintain strong follow-up with potential and existing clients to secure new and repeat business.
• Provide management with regular updates, including market trends, competitor activities, and weekly sales reports.
• Participate in marketing activities, exhibitions, and client meetings to promote company products and services.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of proven experience in Curtains, Blinds, or Interior Furnishing Sales within the UAE.
• Strong network and connections with interior designers, decorators, contractors, and corporate clients.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Valid UAE Driver’s License is mandatory.
• Professional appearance with a customer-focused and service-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and achieve assigned targets under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
