Sales Executive – Custom Cakes & Bakery Items

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire new business opportunities with cafés, events companies, corporate clients, and other potential partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat sales.
  • Promote and represent Velvett Cakes’ brand, products, and services.
  • Develop strategies to expand market presence and maximize sales.
  • Coordinate with management on client requirements and ensure smooth order execution.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in the UAE F&B industry (preferably in bakery, confectionery, catering, or similar).
  • Proven sales track record with strong network/contacts in cafés, hotels, restaurants, and events companies.
  • Valid UAE Driving License and own car (mandatory).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Must be a resident in Dubai or willing to relocate.

Compensation:

  • Base Salary: AED 3,000 + attractive commission structure.

  • Candidates already working in sales for F&B suppliers, distributors, or bakery/cake brands.
  • Salespeople from coffee suppliers, catering companies, event services, or gourmet food distributors (since they already have the right client connections).
  • People with existing client portfolios in cafés, restaurants, hotels, and events companies.
  • Ambitious individuals who thrive in results-driven roles.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to AED3,000.00 per month
