We are currently seeking Sales Executive – Design Industry (Front Sales) a dedicated and professional to join our team on-site.
Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and performance-driven Sales Executive with 2+ years of experience in front sales within the design or creative services industry. The role involves handling B2B leads, managing client relationships, understanding design requirements, and achieving assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage front sales activities, including client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups
- Handle and convert B2B leads for design services such as branding, graphic design, UI/UX, interior design, or digital creatives
- Understand client briefs and coordinate with design teams to propose suitable solutions
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and design concepts to clients
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate sales records and client data in CRM systems
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and design innovations
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in front sales, preferably in the design / creative industry
- Strong experience in B2B lead handling and client coordination
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets consistently
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to understand creative requirements and translate them into business opportunities
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and customer-focused
- Working knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Design, or a related field
- Prior experience in agencies (branding, advertising, digital, design studios) is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
