About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Executive (Digital Marketing) to lead business development efforts for our digital marketing services in the UAE market. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in sales, a proven ability to close high-value deals, and experience selling digital marketing solutions.
This role requires strategic thinking, confidence in dealing with decision-makers, and the ability to consistently achieve ambitious sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business acquisition for digital marketing services (SEO, Social Media Marketing, Web and App Development, Lead Generation)
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve aggressive revenue targets
- Identify and engage high-value prospects across the UAE market
- Conduct professional presentations and customized solution pitches
- Build and maintain long-term client partnerships
- Lead complex negotiations and close high-ticket deals
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM reporting
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure campaign success
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven sales experience (Digital Marketing services preferred)
- Strong understanding of SEO, Meta & Google Ads, social media marketing, and website solutions
- Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Experience dealing with decision-makers and business owners
- Strong pipeline management and forecasting ability
- Self-driven, strategic thinker, and results-oriented
- UAE market experience is highly preferred
