Sales Executive – Digital Marketing & Technology Solutions (UAE)

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive with proven experience in selling digital services and an established business network within the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, LinkedIn, email outreach, cold calling, and business development activities.
  • Identify companies that can benefit from digital services, including website development, mobile app development, SEO, digital marketing, social media management, and AI chatbot solutions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers, business owners, and key stakeholders.
  • Present Arabesc Digital’s services professionally and effectively to prospective clients.
  • Understand client requirements, business challenges, and growth objectives.
  • Qualify opportunities and recommend suitable digital solutions.
  • Arrange and conduct client meetings, presentations, and sales discussions.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to prepare proposals, quotations, and service presentations.
  • Follow up consistently with prospects throughout the sales cycle.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, client communications, and opportunities.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition within a digital agency, technology company, or related industry is a must.
  • Existing business network and professional connections within the UAE market.
  • Strong understanding of digital services, including:
  • Website Development
  • Mobile App Development
  • SEO
  • Digital Marketing
  • Social Media Management
  • AI Chatbot Solutions
  • Experience in B2B sales and lead generation.
  • Ability to independently identify, approach, and engage decision-makers.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
  • Professional proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, email outreach tools, and lead generation platforms is preferred.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in the same field (Digital Services Sales) within the UAE.
  • Valid UAE driving license is required.
  • Own vehicle is mandatory for client meetings and business development activities.
