About Company : - Deshkar Media Group with over 40 years in offline advertising and 5 years in the digital marketing arena, our company is expanding into the software product space. This venture aims to create consumer-centric applications, leveraging our rich experience to innovate and cater to the needs of end user !!

About the Role :-

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves promoting and selling our digital services to clients, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client referrals.
  • Pitch and sell digital services such as digital marketing, social media management, branding, website development, SEO/SEM, online ads, and creative solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Understand client needs and propose customized digital solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in digital services and competitor activities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in digital marketing, advertising, or IT services.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional client relationships.
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated with a go-getter attitude.
  • Basic understanding of digital services like SEO, social media, Google Ads, and websites.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Pay: ₹13,300.00 - ₹15,500.00 per month
