Sales Executive (Dubai)- Car rental industry

Position: SALES EXECUTIVE - CAR RENTAL

➢ Exp: 1 to 3 years (UAE)

➢ Salary range: 3,500 AED

➢ Work location: Dubai

➢ Age limit: Below 35

Job description:

• Answer the phones to assist customers in a friendly, helpful and prompt manner Prepare the Rental Agreement Folder with all required information
• Assist and coordinate customers within the queue to minimize any wait time and promote the most efficient service method as required
• Review all charges at the time of vehicle return
• Review rental parameters with all customers to ensure a complete understanding of our rates and service charges
• Ensure that the return date and time on the rental agreement is accurate
• Assist customers by effectively resolving all customer service issues
• Use company approved sales and service techniques when determining customer needs Qualify each customer using our company rental requirement guidelines
• Work in a fast paced sales environment, providing helpful, quality service and sales, while enhancing the customer’s rental experience
• Maintain appearance appropriate for providing best in class customer service in accordance with established guidelines
• Achieve personal sales goals while supporting the goals of the team

Education & Qualifications:

• 1-3 years exp in car rental industry in similar role in UAE
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of car rental industry and applicable laws and regulations
• Familiarity with rental software

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
