Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute daily field visits to assigned markets, housing societies, plazas, under-construction projects, and corporate offices.
- Promote and pitch the company’s electrical products to electricians, contractors, consultants, builders, dealers, and corporate clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the management.
- Develop and maintain a strong customer database within the assigned territory.
- Provide detailed product briefings and demonstrations, ensuring customers understand product features, quality, and pricing.
- Regularly follow up with potential clients to convert leads into sales.
- Collect and report market intelligence, including competitor pricing, promotions, and new project developments.
- Submit daily activity reports and weekly sales performance updates through MS Excel and Word.
- Coordinate with distribution, accounts, and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
- Represent the company professionally and ethically in the market at all times.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (Intermediate with relevant experience may also be considered).
- 1–3 years of sales experience in electrical, construction, or B2B field sales preferred.
- Basic proficiency in MS Word & Excel for reporting and analysis.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in the field.
- A Motorcycle is mandatory for daily market visits.
