Sales Executive – Electric Segment

Product Portfolio:

  • Electric Cables
  • Switches & Sockets
  • LED Lights

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute daily field visits to assigned markets, housing societies, plazas, under-construction projects, and corporate offices.
  • Promote and pitch the company’s electrical products to electricians, contractors, consultants, builders, dealers, and corporate clients.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the management.
  • Develop and maintain a strong customer database within the assigned territory.
  • Provide detailed product briefings and demonstrations, ensuring customers understand product features, quality, and pricing.
  • Regularly follow up with potential clients to convert leads into sales.
  • Collect and report market intelligence, including competitor pricing, promotions, and new project developments.
  • Submit daily activity reports and weekly sales performance updates through MS Excel and Word.
  • Coordinate with distribution, accounts, and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
  • Represent the company professionally and ethically in the market at all times.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (Intermediate with relevant experience may also be considered).
  • 1–3 years of sales experience in electrical, construction, or B2B field sales preferred.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Word & Excel for reporting and analysis.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in the field.
  • A Motorcycle is mandatory for daily market visits.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs1.00 - Rs10.00 per month
