Sales Executive - Electrical & Lighting

We are looking for a Sales Executive for an electrical lighting showroom who can drive sales through strong product knowledge, customer engagement, and relationship building.

This role is ideal for someone who understands lighting products and electrical components and enjoys working in a customer-facing, sales-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Sales

  • Greet customers and provide expert advice on lighting solutions (LEDs, chandeliers, fixtures)
  • Upsell and cross-sell products based on customer needs

Sales Processing

  • Prepare technical quotations and invoices
  • Process orders efficiently and accurately

Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain relationships with walk-in customers, contractors, interior designers, and project managers

Showroom Management

  • Maintain visually appealing product displays
  • Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and aligned with merchandising standards

Inventory & Stock Coordination

  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse for replenishment
  • Assist in managing inventory records

Product Knowledge

  • Stay updated on lighting trends, new technologies, and product features

Job Requirements

  • Experience: 2 - 4 years in electrical, lighting, or technical product sales
  • Technical Knowledge: Understanding of electrical components (switches, DB boards, cables); knowledge of lighting design software is a plus
  • Communication: Strong English communication skills (spoken & written); Arabic is an advantage
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach
